SQUARE ENIX ANNOUNCES MOBILE SALE
Square Enix inc. announced that two of their Android games are now available for a low price of $0.99 each. The first one is “Deus Ex: The fall” that was released 2 months ago, and the other one is “Lara Croft: Guardian of Light”, title available only to Xperia Play, Xperia S and Xperia ION owners.
Unfortunately, none of the Final Fantasy games were included in this sale. Considering that iOS users get one more game (Tomb Raider 1) that is not available on the Android platform, and that “Guardian of Light” can only be played on certain devices, it really comes down to Deus Ex as the only game available to everyone. Nevertheless, the sale end on Monday, March 10th, so make sure you grab your copies before it’s too late.
- Deus Ex: The Fall, a story driven action-RPG, is the first Deus Ex in the award winning series to be released on mobile and tablet devices. The game includes never before seen characters from the novel published by Random House, Deus Ex: The Icarus Effect, picking up directly where the book finishes.
- Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light is an action/adventure game which combines all the hallmarks of the Tomb Raider franchise with character progression, fun fast-paced combat, and elements of human cooperation and competition for your mobile gaming pleasure.
Keep in mind that Deus Ex: The Fall requires a device running at least Android 3.2 with dual-core CPU and 1gb of ram. Xperia owners should not have problems making Lara run on any of the supported devices mentioned above.
