Lemon 1.1.0 adds Lite builds and online play

Lemon 1.1.0 is available for Android, adding two Lite variants, Nextendo Network support and fixes for several Switch games.

Lemon Lite starts at 0.75x resolution with asynchronous shaders enabled for weaker GPUs. It leaves out the bundled Lemon-Ade driver and offers experimental PanVK downloads for Mali-G720 and Mali-G52. Lite installs alongside standard Lemon and can import its data.

There is also a Lite Spoofed build with a different package name, intended to trigger performance boosts on phones that favour benchmark apps. Results depend on the device.

Online play arrives through Settings → Online, with browser sign-in to Nextendo Network. The developers report working Mario Kart 8 Deluxe races.

Graphics changes include GPU texture conversion to reduce memory use on Mali and a synchronization fix for flickering in Fast GPU mode. Other listed fixes address Crysis Remastered crashes, disappearing grass in Tears of the Kingdom and a Mario & Luigi: Brothership crash.

Before updating

Lemon requires Android 12 or newer and ARM64. The developers say signing-key rotation allows standard Lemon to update over 1.0.1 while retaining data.
