Fishing Life gives you a rod and someone else’s debt
Fishing Life: Love & Fortune is an idle fishing RPG for Android where an ordinary angler takes on a fallen heiress’s 500,000 coin debt. You went fishing for a quiet afternoon. Apparently, you came back with financial responsibilities.
Published on Google Play by Bestread, the game combines fishing, upgrades and a story campaign. According to the developers, catches turn into coins that you spend on improving your boat and home, plus hiring and training secretaries. A fishing operation with administrative staff is clearly aiming higher than dinner.
The store description says 21 story chapters and 13 titles to keep you busy. Along the way, there are kidnappers, a suspicious boat fire and a wealthy rival to deal with. Eventually, you meet her mother, which the listing presents as the ultimate test. Fair enough.
The developers say the game is free, with optional rewarded ads only, and has no in-app purchases or subscriptions. The submission also lists Android 5.0 or newer and Google sign-in as requirements.
