Shadowgun Legends Pre-Registration is now open

Shadowgun Legends was supposed to be ready by now. Madfinger games announced the release date for Q4 – 2017, but that didn’t happen. After being tested during the beta, Shadowgun Legends is now accepting pre-registrations and once it hits the market, everyone will receive pretty little in-game rewards to brag around with.

Shadowgun Legends is a MMO shooter, set in a persistent world. Players will be able to join forces, create teams and play the story driven campaign together. Also, raid bosses are somewhat funnier to loot when more people are involved. Players can meet in the general Hub where they can socialize, organize PvP battles, form or join guilds or gamble. Timeline-wise, Legends is set 30 years after the events of the original Shadowgun and Shadowgun Leftovers. The enemies, or “the Aliens” are going to remain a bit cryptic. Their origin is still not clearly understood, but the campaign should provide more than one opportunity to find out more info about them.

 

 

Madfinger Games are promising extensive list of unique skills and crazy amounts of hardware (guns and ammo). Customizing your hero will dictate how well it performs on certain missions. Take the path of patience and specialize your skill in hair splitting rifles, go all in and bombard everything in sight with your RPG or something in between? Visuals, at least judging by the developers previous titles, should be on console level from couple of years ago. The screenshots and the trailer look amazing, let’s just hope monetisation will be done right as Shadowgun Legends is going to be free*
