DC: Dark Legion Reaches 5 Million Players in First Weeks After Launch
DC: Dark Legion, the latest free-to-play strategy game from FunPlus, has reached over 5 million downloads across iOS, Android, and PC just weeks after its March 14 release. The game, set in the DC universe, has quickly gained traction with high ratings — 4.8 stars on the Apple App Store and 4.5 on Google Play.
To mark the milestone, players can use the code DC5Million for in-game rewards.
The game puts players in control of teams made up of well-known DC Super Heroes and Super-Villains. Since launch, it climbed to the top of the free-to-play strategy charts in more than 40 countries.
A limited-time event called Titans Egg Hunt is currently running until April 27. Players take on the role of Beast Boy in a mission to fix a world stuck in a repeating time loop. Rewards for participating include the Magic Eye item, a new Lounge Skin, and World Anvil Fragments.
DC: Dark Legion features an original storyline from Christos Gage and Amanda Deibert. The narrative involves players joining the universe’s last Monitor to protect Earth Prime from The Batman Who Laughs, who is voiced by Roger Craig Smith.
