Wingspan: Asia Expansion Takes Flight on June 16


Wingspan: Asia Expansion is set to launch on June 16, 2025, across all major platforms including PC, consoles, and mobile. Developed by Monster Couch, this marks the third digital expansion to the award-winning adaptation of the popular board game.

Following the European and Oceania expansions, the Asia Expansion invites players to explore a new region filled with diverse birds, new mechanics and a fresh artistic and musical direction inspired by Eastern landscapes and traditions.

Explore Asia With New Birds and Duet Mode

This expansion introduces Duet Mode, a new two-player game mode using a special map that encourages strategic play with unique round goals and space-claiming mechanics. Players will also have access to a wide selection of new birds, each with their own powers, behaviors, and sounds, as well as 13 new bonus cards, including two specifically designed for Automa solo play.

In addition to gameplay features, the expansion includes 4 new backgrounds and 8 player portraits inspired by Asian environments and culture. The experience is enhanced by 4 new music tracks composed by Paweł Górniak, continuing the game’s tradition of relaxing yet focused soundscapes.

Wingspan: Asia Expansion remains fully compatible with all existing features from the base game, including cross-platform multiplayer, solo modes and weekly challenges.
