Tower of God: New World Adds SSR+ [Escaped] Beta

Netmarble’s Tower of God: New World just got a major content update, introducing powerful new teammates and more ways to enhance your arsenal. You can now recruit SSR+ [Escaped] Beta and [Dream Decision] Cherry La to your squad. Both are Red Element Wave Controllers, with Beta specializing as an Assassin and Cherry La taking the Mage role.

Beta brings massive area-of-effect skills and immortality to the battlefield, while Cherry La (Phonsekal Irure) uses her control-based magic to restrict enemies. To celebrate Beta’s arrival, the [Escaped] Beta Release Celebration Festival is live through July 2, featuring Special Summons, Check-in Events, Boost Missions and other reward-packed activities.

Weapon Revamps, Events and More

This update also introduces a revamped Ignition Weapon system. You can now reroll weapon stats using Soul Dice and Ignition Dice, offering more flexibility when chasing the perfect gear. Your chances of getting an Ignition Weapon have also been boosted on the Secret Floor.

More limited-time events are now underway, including the Bingo Event and Melting Event, both running through July 2. You can also jump into new seasons of the Alliance Fleet Battle, Alliance Expedition and Memorial Pocket for extra challenges and rewards.

Tower of God: New World is based on the popular WEBTOON with over 6 billion views. It’s a 3D collectible RPG where you climb the Tower with characters like Twenty-Fifth Bam, using fast-paced battles and a unique Slot System that powers up specific slots instead of characters.
