Plunder Panic 3.0 Brings Mobile Crossplay Update

Will Winn Games has released the Pocket Pirates Update for Plunder Panic, pushing the game to version 3.0. This major update brings the pirate-themed brawler to mobile for the first time, now available on iPhone, iPad, and Android devices. Players can choose between touch controls or wireless controllers, with support for multiple players on the same device.

Cross-platform play is included, connecting mobile players with others on Windows PC, macOS, and Steam Deck. This marks the first time mobile users can join the wider Plunder Panic community.

The mobile version of Plunder Panic is free-to-play, making it easier to invite friends into a match. For those who want the full experience, a one-time $3.99 in-app purchase unlocks all features in the premium version. Whether you’re new or returning, version 3.0 is a great time to assemble your crew and compete across platforms.

Console Update Coming Soon

While version 2.5 remains active on consoles—including Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4 and 5, and Xbox Series X|S and One—a version 3.0 update is on the way. Once released, it will bring those platforms into the crossplay network, connecting players on all major systems.
