Final Outpost: Definitive Edition Now on Android and iOS

Final Outpost: Definitive Edition has launched on mobile. The survival colony sim from indie studio Exabyte Games is now available on Android and iOS after releasing on Steam last month. You lead a group of survivors after the apocalypse, assigning them jobs, crafting tools, managing resources and defending against constant zombie attacks.

A Mobile Launch After a Successful PC Debut

After launching on May 22 for PC, Mac and Linux, the game sold over 7,500 copies and was added to more than 30,000 Steam wishlists. Now on mobile, it’s already climbing the charts and has secured a top-20 spot in the strategy category on the App Store in countries like Japan, France and Germany. It also placed in the top 50 in regions including the US and UK.

The game has been covered by YouTubers such as Splattercat, Orbital Potato, Wanderbots and Angory Tom and featured in outlets like Gamespark, Gaming on Linux and PocketGamer.

You start with a small group of people and must build structures, research skills, craft gear and grow your population. As you progress, you unlock more advanced defenses like turrets and stronger weapons to help keep the undead at bay. Every choice affects how long your colony can survive.
