World of Goo 2 Finally on Android and iOS

World of Goo 2, the highly anticipated sequel to the indie puzzle classic, is now available on Android and iOS as of April 25, 2025 .

Developed by 2D Boy and Tomorrow Corporation, World of Goo 2 builds upon the original’s physics-based gameplay, introducing new Goo Ball types such as Jelly Goo, Liquid Launchers, Growing Goo, Shrinking Goo, and Explosive Goo, each with unique properties . The game offers over 60 new levels across five chapters, enhanced graphics, and a hauntingly beautiful soundtrack performed by over 50 musicians from the World of Goo community .

Android and iOS players can download World of Goo 2 from the Google Play Store and Apple App Store. The game is also available on other platforms, including Steam, PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch, Epic Games Store, GOG, and Humble Store . The launch price is set to $9.99 (on both mobile platforms), but there may be a promotion soon (unofficial hint, AKA rumor).

However, what’s not a rumor is that there is a running launch celebration on other platforms. A 15% discount is available on PC until May 9, 2025. Additionally, Steam users who own the original World of Goo receive an extra 15% off.
