Free Fire’s 8th Anniversary Kicks Off with Infinite Style and Gameplay

Garena Free Fire is turning 8 and celebrating with a massive in-game event running from June 20 to July 13. The theme this year is “Infinity and Celebration” highlighting Free Fire’s focus on player driven experiences and endless creativity. Whether you’re after rewards wild new modes or stylish collectibles there’s a lot to look forward to.

Inspired by the Möbius strip and infinity symbol the event adds a ton of fresh content. You can now explore the Infinity Ring battle arena unlock special Infinity Items and check out Free Fire’s first ever customizable train lobby. Before the big launch on June 20 Battle Royale players can get early rewards like Infinity Airdrops and Cakes starting June 18.

Unlock New Items, Battle in Custom Trains and Grab Iconic Collectibles

The Beyond Infinity Male Bundle leads this year’s anniversary rewards. It’s a sleek train conductor outfit and the grand prize of the event unlocked by completing missions. Another highlight is the fan-voted Gloo Wall 8th Anniversary designed by players and featuring anime style art of Kelly. You can grab it during the preheat event on June 18 to 19 or during the Gloo Wall Relay mode running until July 13.

You’ll also find an 8th Anniversary emote a new battle card and a range of limited time rewards.

The Battle Royale mode is getting a twist. Instead of dropping from planes players will now board special Infinity trains. Only one team can ride each train and they’ll need to fight for station control to access the Infinity Ring, a new zone full of powerful items like unlimited Gloo Walls Revival Cards, Upgrade Chips and Inhalers.

Clash Squad also sees two big updates. New Infinity Items can be unlocked with points and Special Infinity Train Rounds add new gameplay layers. These include the Boost Express for movement and healing boosts the Weapon Express, with exclusive gear and the Gloo Wall Express offering Gloo Wall fragments.

For the first time, players can fully customize their train lobby. You can decorate trains with skins visual effects and achievement boards and even create AI-generated designs based on your outfit.

Anniversary collections also return in Luck Royale, including the golden Top Criminal outfit with reactive textures and the first ever Evo Gun P90 Gilded Corrosion. An anniversary animation video will debut on June 20 with the theme song “Infinity” celebrating the game’s legacy. It ends with a mysterious ninja teaser hinting at what’s next in Free Fire.
