Parallel Experiment Co-Op Puzzle Game Out Now

Parallel Experiment, the latest release from Eleven Puzzles, is out now on Steam, iOS and Android. Designed entirely for two players, it’s a co-op-only puzzle game where you and a partner take on the roles of detectives trapped in a dangerous experiment. Each player has a different perspective and set of clues. The only way to escape is by working together.

Set in a stylized comic book world, the game continues the story of detectives Ally and Old Dog, who have been lured into the twisted mind games of the infamous Cryptic Killer. It’s not just about solving puzzles, it’s about trusting your partner to read between the lines and guide you when you’re stuck.

Over 80 Puzzles and Endless Communication Challenges

From complex ciphers and electronic mechanisms to water flow systems and even waking up a drunk, Parallel Experiment features a wide range of interconnected challenges. Many puzzles require solving something on your screen to unlock progress for your partner and vice versa. Even conversations with NPCs are crafted with co-op in mind, offering dialogue puzzles that require both players to contribute.

Adding some lighthearted chaos, each level includes fun ways to distract your partner, shake their screen, tap on windows or just draw something ridiculous using the in-game sketch tools. Yes, you can draw on nearly everything.

The game also includes a collection of retro-inspired mini games such as darts, Match Three and claw machines, each redesigned for a cooperative twist.

Crossplay is fully supported across all platforms so you can team up with anyone whether they’re on PC or mobile. A Nintendo Switch version is also on the way later this year.

Parallel Experiment is available for $9.99 on PC and $6.99 on iOS and Android with a 20% launch discount for the first two weeks. Players can also grab the Cryptic Killer Bundle (on Steam), which includes Unsolved Case, Unboxing the Cryptic Killer and Parallel Experiment, at an additional discount.
