Gameloft decided to drop the $0.99 price tag on their newest racing game, Ashpalt 8 and make the game completely free to download and play. Sit behind the wheel of top licensed manufacturers as Lamborghini Veneno, Bugatti Veyron, Ferrari FXX , Pagani Zonda R and start your “gravity defying” experience.
The reason behind the decision to drop the 99 cents seems quite logical as the game features considerable amount of IAPs. Nevertheless, Asphalt 8 offers plenty of content for free and features visually stunning console-quality graphics that are among the best on the market. Not to mention the pure “arcade” feeling you get while flying high above the road or performing dangerous stunts.
You can start of by launching the campaign mode where 180 events and 8 seasons will keep you occupied for a while. Gameloft keeps adding new content and bug fixes that solve some of the initial problems the game had on its launch day.
