Battle Run Season 2 is here
Season 2 of one of the most addictive multiplayer games on Android is out. Everyone who participated in season 1 will be rewarded for their achievements and new players can start having fun right this instant.
For those not familiar with the game, Battle Run is about running against 3 other players online (in real time), collecting stars and getting a podium finish. Can’t catch your opponents? No problem. Just collect the power-ups you come across and use raw firepower to incapacitate them while running. Chainsaws, landmines, missiles, axes or even meteors are not something unusual in this game. Stars you collect while running are charging your second power ability, your pet.
Pets provide temporary protection and instant boost that can help you survive or devastate players in front of you. Keeping an eye on the road is your ticket to win as deadly traps and other obstacles can kill you instantly. By the time you respawn, other players may get well ahead of you if they have some speed altering power-up ready to unleash.
You can fully customize your character by purchasing some of the items sold from the in-app-store in exchange for gold coins or diamonds. Both currencies can be collected (in small amounts) by playing or completing missions, but if you really like to get everything instantly, you can buy them both for real money.
You can start running immediately after you download the game. All you need to do is create your account (no boring verifications), or login with your Facebook ID to receive some extra diamonds. The matchmaking system is pretty good and will never throw you against players from a different league. Battle Run can be downloaded from the Play Store for free and optional IAPs aside, you won’t see any ads or time restrictions.
